Step-By-Step Franchise Procedure:

1. Attend our Free Franchise Business Orientation and Free Product Food Tasting.

 

2. Bring 1 valid I.D. and 2x2 picture (2pcs.).

 

3. Choose your Desired Franchise Concept/s.

4. Pay Franchising Fee (Cash, Dated Cheque, Credit Card or Bank Payment).

5. Attend our Franchise Operation and Management Seminar w/ Hands-on Preparation Training.

6. Submit a location sketch for your business (if you don't have location yet, we have location assistance for you).

7. Contract signing (3 years contract, renewable without renewal fee).

8. Schedule for franchise releasing, delivery, set-up, then operate.
 

 

 

Online or Bank process (If from Provincial Areas)

STEP 1 -  Decide what food cart you would like to avail. (For example: 2n1 Combination or 3n1 Combination)

STEP 2 - Download the file Application Form which will be emailed to you.
Then print it, fill out all the information. Please scan if you are finished and e-mail it back to us together with your scanned valid ID.

STEP 3 - If you already have a location to where the food cart will be put up, draw a simple sketch, scan it and send it through e-mail as well. If you do not have a location yet, skip this step. 

STEP 4 - Deposit the payment to  the following bank account:
                Banco de Oro - BDO
                SILVER ACE FRANCHISING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
                Account Number: 00615 005 3848

STEP 5 - 
Scan the deposit slip and send it through e-mail. (Make sure at this point, all these documents are already submitted through e-mail: 
1. Application form
2. Sketch of location ( if you already have, skip if you do not have yet )
3. Deposit slip and valid ID.

STEP 6 - Confirm that you have sent the documents by texting us for faster transaction 
( Mr. Bert De Leon at +63-942-489-1534 / +63-935-774-9748 ). We will process your franchise application in one day. Wait for our Office Admins to call you for confirmation of your details.  Keep your deposit slip for it will serve as your proof of payment.

STEP 7 - Franchise agreement / contract and all paper procedures will be sent via LBC / Courrier / or any best mode of transport to you. For the Seminars and Trainings, we have Video Seminars and Trainings that could also send to you.

STEP 8 - Wait for  an official call.  The company will inform you the date and time you will receive the food cart and products. This will be very convenient for you if you are from provincial areas.

Note : The company will inform you regarding the shipping of the food cart and products. You will pay for the shipping fee at a minimal cost.

How to order products:

                    Our company is in operation nationwide. We manufacture our products from in our commissary in Valenzuela. We deliver to all parts of Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao. We have Distributors in your city or the nearest province in your area.  After you franchise, you will be given the nearest distributor  in your place. You can pick up the products or you can call them through phone and let your products delivered ASAP.

Other Franchise Details:

• No Drink Restriction – you can sell any beverage except hard liquors and same drink-concept offered by our company.

• Carts can be modified as pleased – you can modify the cart with lights, wheels, side tables, additional tarpaulins.

• Certain Equipment's can be converted to LPG – and vice versa.

• Franchise Location shall be provided for by the franchisee, he/she must submit a sketch of proposed location for evaluation and approval. (if you don't have any location yet, we have location assistance for you).

• We have no manpower services – you will hire / provide your own crew, we have Free Hands-on Service Crew Trainings ( if your crew resigned we will train your new staff again ).

• A  Franchise Operation and Management Seminar is a must attend – how to conduct food preparation, conduct in selling, sales reporting, inventory control, spoilage, maintenance of equipment, etc.

• Change of Location is available anytime, you just need to reprocess your zoning requirement at our Head Office.

• Terms of Payment – cash, dated check, credit card or bank payment.

• Location Assistance – we have location business specialist / locator, in case  you have no location yet for your food cart.

• Zoning – carts shall be 500 meters away from each other.  Market protection (example. Your location will not be approved if there is an existing food cart with the same concept of your chosen concept, within 500 meter radius).
